SHIPPING:

All U.S. orders over $50 will receive FREE shipping.  RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.

For orders under $50, we offer Flat Rate Shipping for only $5. All First Class or Priority Shipping methods will take approximately 5-7 business days to ship, this does not include transit times. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, please contact your local post office.  Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.  We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.  We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim within 14 business days.  We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

REFUNDS:

We offer refunds only if a product becomes out of stock before we fulfill your order.  We will contact you immediately to give you an in-store credit or issue a refund.

ONLINE RETURNS:

  • We currently DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
  • Shelley’s Shoppe gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with tags attached inside the original packaging (that also meets requirements below) for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date of the shipment.
  • Credit will be issued via email in the form of a coupon code for the price the items were purchased at, minus a $5 restocking fee per item.  This credit will be issued within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return.
  • Flat Rate Shipping of $5 will be deducted from the credit – this includes orders that received free shipping on the order.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox/shoe-bag. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoebox. $5 will be deducted for box damage.
  • Items that are final sale, the smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
  • All sale items, headwear, jewelry, home decor, car decor, camisoles, leggings, bodysuits, swimwear, and bralettes are FINAL SALE. No exceptions, no returns.
    • Final Sale Items also include any items discounted at 15% or more, any holiday/seasonal themed items, any discounted Facebook Group invoices, or any purchases with a return credit code.
  • ITEMS DEEMED TO BE INELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR THE BUYER TO CHOOSE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING IF THEY WISH THE ITEMS BACK. ITEMS NOT CLAIMED WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL BE DISCARDED AND NO CREDIT ISSUED.

Holiday gift return policy: If buying as a gift, you have until January 12th to return for store credit or exchange with receipt. Please note that sale items are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for store credit or exchange.

ONLINE EXCHANGES:

Due to fast sell out, we do not offer exchanges.  If your item fits all of the above return requirements you can return the item. When your return is received, we will issue you store credit in the form of a coupon code, MINUS THE $5 RESTOCKING FEE and any shipping charges from the initial order, that will be sent via the email you used on your order.  You can then use that credit on any future order.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of shipment delivery. Please email a picture with the original shipping exterior packaging of the damaged/defective item to support@shelleysshoppe.com and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours.  Please include the order number in the subject line.

Defective Items are pieces with manufacturing defects only.  Shelley’s Shoppe is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.  Please see above for the Lost, Stolen, or Damaged policy.

Shelley’s Shoppe does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
