All U.S. orders over $75 will receive FREE shipping. RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
For orders under $75, we offer Flat Rate Shipping for only $5. All First Class or Priority Shipping methods will take approximately 3-5 business days to ship. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.
We offer refunds only if a product becomes out of stock before we fulfill your order. We will contact you immediately with the option to replace the item with a similar one, give you an in-store credit or issue a refund.
All refunds, including Sezzle orders, will be issued through PayPal ONLY.
- We currently DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
- Shelley’s Shoppe gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached for store credit ONLY.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date of the shipment.
- Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at. This credit will be issued within 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return.
- Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoe box. $5 will be deducted for box damage.
- Items that are final sale, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
- All returns are subject to denial or a $5 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
- All sale items, headwear, earrings, camisoles, leggings, bodysuits, and bralettes are FINAL SALE. No exceptions, no exchanges.
Holiday gift return policy: If buying as a gift, you have until January 12th to return for store credit or exchange with receipt. Please note that sale items are final sale and will not be accepted for store credit or exchange.
We now offer exchanges for the same item ONLY but in a different size. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please contact [email protected]. Please note that the exchange is SUBJECT TO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. If we no longer have the item and size in stock when your return is received, we will issue you store credit in the form of a gift card code that will be sent via email you used on your order. RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
SEZZLE CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If there is an issue with an order and you wish to return, we will issue a store credit like we would upon receiving the item. You will finish out your payment plan since it is directly thru Sezzle.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of shipment delivery. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to [email protected] and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours. Please include the order number in the subject line.
