SHIPPING:

All First Class or Priority Shipping methods will take approximately 3-5 business days to ship, this does not include transit times. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, please contact your local post office.  Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense.  We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.  We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim within 14 business days.  We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective merchandise you must contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS of shipment delivery. Please email a picture with the original shipping exterior packaging of the damaged/defective item to support@shelleysshoppe.com and you will hear back from customer service in up to 24 hours.  Please include the order number in the subject line.

Defective Items are pieces with manufacturing defects only.  Shelley’s Shoppe is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.  Please see above for the Lost, Stolen, or Damaged policy. If your item is deemed defective by our department, we will issue you a replacement or credit as we see fit to resolve the situation as needed.

Shelley’s Shoppe does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items or Facebook group offers.
